Abstract
Değişen şartlar işletmeleri risk ile karşı karşıya bırakmakta ve işletmeler bu ortamda faaliyet göstermek zorunda kalmaktadır. İşletmelerin risk ile başa çıkabilmelerini sağlayan ve karar alma süreçlerinde riskin yıkıcı etkilerini azaltmasına veya bunu işletme lehine kullanmasına yardım eden risk yönetim uygulamaları mevcuttur. Bu uygulamalar işletmelerin tahmin edilebilir bir ortamda faaliyet göstermesine yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda çalışma; tedarik zinciri görünürlüğü, tedarik zinciri risk uygulamaları ve risk arasındaki ilişkiyi inceleyerek; bunların işletme performansı üzerindeki etkilerini araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket uygulanmış olup; Gaziantep ilinde faaliyet gösteren 200 işletme örnekleme dahil edilmiştir. Araştırma hipotezleri SPSS programında "korelasyon" ve "regresyon" analizleri ile test edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda genel lojistik risk ile tedarik zinciri görünürlüğü arasında negatif yönlü ilişkiler tespit edilmiş olup; tedarik zinciri görünürlüğünün işletme performansını pozitif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Öte yandan çalışmada ele alınan risk faktörlerinden sadece tedarik riskinin performansı negatif etkilediği saptanmıştır. Ayrıca tedarik zinciri risk yönetim uygulamalarının işletme performansı üzerinde pozitif etkiye sahip olduğu görülmektedir.

Abstract
Changing conditions expose businesses to risk and businesses have to operate in this environment. There are risk management practices that enable businesses to cope with risk and help them reduce the destructive effects of risk in decision-making processes or use it in favor of the business. These practices help businesses operate in a predictable environment. In this context, the study aims to examine the relationship between supply chain visibility, supply chain risk practices and risk to investigate their effects on business performance. In the study, a questionnaire was applied as a data collection method and 200 enterprises operating in Gaziantep province were included in the sample. The research hypotheses were tested with “correlation” and “regression” analyses in SPSS program. As a result of the analyzes, negative relationships were found between general logistics risk and supply chain visibility, and it was determined that supply chain visibility positively affects business performance. On the other hand, only supply risk, which is one of the risk factors considered in the study, has a negative impact on performance. In addition, supply chain risk management practices have a positive effect on business performance.
